Business Systems Health Check

We help growing businesses automate and streamline their processes to save time, increase profits, and build elite teams.

This page explains how we determine whether a Business Systems Health Check is the right next step for you.

How We Do That

Our best fit is serving as a Chief Systems Officer or Chief Operations Officer for growing companies.

  • Sometimes that role is fractional.

  • Sometimes it is embedded.

  • Sometimes it is alongside another consulting firm.

But the role is always the same.

We design, integrate, and reinforce the systems that allow teams to perform consistently without burning out as they grow.

What We See Almost Everywhere

Most teams already have tools and systems in place.

Over time, those systems become underutilized, misused, or disconnected.

That friction shows up as rework, delays, reporting gaps, and leadership fatigue.

Eventually, growth feels heavier than it should.

If that sounds familiar, you are not alone.

Why the Business Systems Health Check Exists

Because of what we see so consistently, we usually start with something called a Business Systems Health Check.

It is a structured diagnostic conversation designed to surface where time, energy, and focus are leaking out of the business.

This is not implementation.
It is clarity.

Two Versions, Depending on Scope

Business Systems Health Check – Individual Focus (1 Hour)

This version is for one individual.

Owners, executives, managers, solopreneurs, or anyone who relies heavily on systems and information to do their work.

Outcome:
Surface at least one clear opportunity to reclaim 1 hour or more per month, which compounds over time.

Business Systems Health Check –
Team & Systems Focus (2 Hours)

This version is designed for an owner, executive, or manager, with the option to include one designated team member, if helpful, who they rely on to work their systems day to day.

It focuses on alignment between leadership needs and operational reality.

Outcome:
Identify systemic friction that can reclaim 4 hours or more per month across leadership and execution.

What This Session Is (and Is Not)

The Business Systems Health Check is a focused working conversation.

The 1-hour version is one-on-one and centers on how an individual interacts with systems and information.

The 2-hour version includes leadership and, if helpful, another key team member who works the systems day to day.

We do not fully map systems.

We do not redesign organizations.

We do not install software.

We identify friction, surface leverage, and clarify practical next steps.

Why This Is Different

This session gives business owners something they rarely get:

A strategic executive reviewing their systems through the lens of operations, time savings, and performance — not just technical features.

Time-Back Guarantee

Give us 2 hours, and we will show you how to reclaim at least 4 hours per month.

At a minimum, you will walk away with clarity and at least one clear, actionable opportunity to reclaim meaningful time.

Pricing
